Looking for an HR Generalist in Utah
I am leading the search for an HR Generalist for a privately owned company based in Orem, UT. Outstanding opportunity to lead and develop the company’s culture and direction during a very strong growth expansion of the company and its products.
Key attributes of this role include:
• Working with the executive team to maintain, and execute on a long-term Human Resources strategy roadmap.
• Monthly review to re-evaluate priorities given new info and context.
• Communicate HR Roadmap to leadership and management.
• Strong focus on visualizing roadmap, progress, and HR data throughout the organization.
• Manage and direct administrative duties regarding employee documents.
• Develop a quantitative analysis model for employee performance and ranking, with the purpose of identifying those who should be invested in and developed, and those who are not performing to expectations.
• Ability to find those people who produce bottom line results and amazing customer experiences.
• Create leadership and “level-up” ownership opportunities for those who are truly producing results and are aligned to the company values/vision.
• Create a leadership development program that provides employees with world-class learning and development opportunities.
• Develop a multi-touch point approach to employee recognition and rewards.
